CSL Recruitment 2021 – 70 Executive Trainees Posts

Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released the notification for the recruitment of Executive Trainees Posts. Eligible candidates can apply before 27-10-2021.

Executive Trainees
Rs.50000 per month		70Civil/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Naval Architecture:- 
Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
Information Technology:- 
a) Degree in Engineering in Computer Science with the minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR
b) Degree in Engineering in Information Technology with the minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR
c) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university.
Human Resource:- 
a) Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University. AND
b) Two year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University:-
(i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR
(ii) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations OR
(iii) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.

Age Limit:- 27 years

Application Fee:- Application fee of Rs. 750/- (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/ Credit card/ Internet Banking/ Wallets/ UPI, etc).

How to Apply:-

  • Eligible candidates can apply online through the Official Link.
  • Candidates can take the printout of the application for future reference.


Place of Posting:- The posting shall be at CSL, Kochi, or any CSL units at Mumbai, Kolkata, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, etc, or any other project sites as desired by CSL.

Selection Procedure:- Objective Type Online Test, Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills and Personal Interview

Notes:-

  • Age relaxation will be given as per govt rules.
  • Refund of fees shall not be considered.
  • Incomplete applications shall not be considered.
  • No traveling allowance shall be paid to any candidates for appearing for the Objective type test.
  • No application fee for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD.
