UP NHM Recruitment 2022: National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh invites online applications from eligible candidates for 2,900+ contractual vacancies of Lab Technician, Senior Lab Technician, Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS), and Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS). The last date for registration of online applications is 7th January 2022.

Age Limit:

 Maximum 40 years.
 Age Relaxation – 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC / ST, and 10 years for PWD.

Monthly Honorarium:

 Lab Technician: ₹ 18150 / 15000 / 11000 / 18000 / 17192 per month
 Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): ₹ 24237/- per month
 STS / STLS: ₹ 28015/- per month

Educational Qualifications:

 Lab Technician (Blood Band / BCTV / BSU): Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

 Lab Technician: Intermediate (10+2) + Diploma certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification.

 Senior Lab Technician: Post Graduate (M.Sc.) in Medical Microbiology / Applied Microbiology / General Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry with or without DMLT.

 STS: Bachelor's Degree or recognized Sanitary Inspector's Course. Two Month Certificate course in Computer. Permanent 02 wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two-wheeler.

 STLS: Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. Permanent 02 wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two-wheeler.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates should apply online through NHM UP Online Application Portal (cdn.digialm.com). The last date for registration of online applications is 07/01/2022 up to 11:00 AM.

 Step-I: Registration of Personal Details, and Contact details. Login Id and password will be sent through SMS on registered Mobile number and E-mail on registered E-mail ID only.
 Step-II: Please log out and re-log into the Application Form. Fill up the Eligibility Details, Personal Details, Qualification Details, upload relevant documents and submit an online form
