 General Manager: 45 to 55 years
 Additional General Manager: 47 years
 Joint General Manager: 43 years
 Deputy General Manager: 40 years
 Deputy Manager: 35 years
 Chief Vigilance Officer: 55 years

 Consolidated Pay:

 General Manager: ₹ 2,25,000/- per month
 Additional General Manager: ₹ 1,20,000/- per month
 Joint General Manager: ₹ 1,00,000/- per month
 Deputy General Manager: ₹ 90,000/- per month
 Deputy Manager: ₹ 70,000/- per month

 Educational Qualifications:

 Signalling & Telecom: B.E /B.Tech in ECE or Electronics or Communication Engineering or equivalent degree.

 Operations: Masters / Post Graduate degree / Diploma in Business Administration.

 Electrical: B.E / B.Tech Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Mechanical Engineering.

 Human Resources: Graduate in any discipline with Post graduation in HR or equivalent degree.

 Planning & Business Development: Any Degree with a MBA degree.

 Underground Construction: B.E / B.Tech (Civil) graduate. Possession of M.E / M.Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable.

 IT & AFC: B.E /B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics Communication / Computer Science / IT or equivalent degree.

 Architecture: B.Arch graduate.

 Marketing: Graduate in any discipline with Masters / post graduate degree / diploma in Business Administration with specialization as marketing.

 Transport Planning: M.E / M.Tech (Transportation Planning / Transportation Engineering / Traffic Engineering / Urban Engineering.

 Chief Vigilance Officer: Must be an officer from a Group 'A' Services who have been drawing pay in the SAG Cadre continuously for 3 years or Officers of the CPSE 's, who have completed 20 years on Group 'A' equivalent posts in a CPSE and are holding posts drawing pay equivalent to SAG in their organisation.

 Minimum Experience:

 General Manager: 20 years
 Additional General Manager: 17 years
 Joint General Manager: 15 years
 Deputy General Manager: 13 years
 Deputy Manager: 04 years
 Chief Vigilance Officer: 20 years

 Selection Process:

 Interview
 Medical Examination

 Application Fee:

 A Non Refundable fee of ₹ 300/- for General and OBC category candidates.
 SC/ST are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹ 50/- (for processing & postage charge).
 The fee can be pay either in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of M/s Chennai Metro Rail Limited, payable at Chennai or may transfer the fees through electronic mode.
