 Age Limit: (As on 01/04/2022)

 Manager: 51 years

 Area Manager: 48 years

 Executive Trainee: 27 years

 Pay Scale:

 Manager: ₹ 32900 - 3% - 58000/-
 Area Manager: ₹ 24900 - 3% - 50500/-
 Executive Trainee: 1st Year - ₹ 35000/- per month, 2nd Year - ₹ 38000/- per month, 3rd Year - ₹ 41000/- per month

 Educational Qualifications:

 Manager (Marketing): M.Sc.(Agri) / B.Sc (Agri) with MBA (two years duration) in Marketing Management with minimum 12 years post qualification Executive experience inline with Marketing of Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds & Agrochemicals in a PSU/ Large Private sector out of which 04 years should be in Managerial position.

 Area Manager (Marketing): M.Sc.(Asi) / B.Sc (Agri) with MBA (two years duration) in Marketing Management with minimum 8 years post qualification Executive experience inline with Marketing of Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds & Agrochemicals in a PSU/ Large Private sector.

 Executive Trainee (Marketing): 2 Years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management/ Agri Business Management with 60% marks for Gen/OBC candidates and 55% in case of SC/ST/PwBD.

 Executive Trainee (Chemical): Full time BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks for Gen/ OBC
candidates and 55% in case of SC/ST/PwBD.

 Executive Trainee (Fire): Full time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with minimum 60 marks for Gen/ OBC candidates and
55% in case of SC/ ST/ PwBD.

 Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
