 Chief Manager (Commercial): Not exceeding 48 years

 Senior Manager (F&A): Not exceeding 45 years

 Deputy Manager (F&A): Not exceeding 40 years

 Deputy Manager (HR): Not exceeding 40 years

 Assistant Manager (F&A): Not exceeding 38 years

 NHDC Manager Salary:

 Chief Manager (Commercial): ₹ 1,25,600/- per month
 Senior Manager (F&A): ₹ 1,09,900/- per month
 Deputy Manager (F&A): ₹ 78,500/- per month
 Deputy Manager (HR): ₹ 78,500/- per month
 Assistant Manager (F&A): ₹ 62,800/- per month

 NHDC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

 Chief Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering (OR) Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology. Minimum 14 years Marketing and Technical experience.

 Senior Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years). Minimum 12 years experience.

 Deputy Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years). Minimum 08 years experience.

 Deputy Manager (HR): Master of Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management or HR /Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Mgt. / Master of Personnel Mgt./ Master of Social Work
(MSW). Minimum 08 years experience.

 Assistant Manager (F&A): Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full time two years) (OR) M.Com or B.Com degree. Minimum 6 years experience in case of CA/ ICWA(CMA) or MBA (8 years in case of
CA/ICWA(CMA) - Inter & 11 years in case of M.Com/ B.Com.

 NHDC Recruitment Selection Process 2022:

 For Assistant Manager: Written Test & Group Discussion (GD)
 For Other Posts: Interview
